FITC (Financial Institutions Training Centre) was established in 1981 as a non-profit, innovation-led organization, created in response to the Federal Government’s initiative to strengthen the Nigerian financial system based on the recommendations of the Pius Okigbo Committee.

The organization is owned by the Bankers’ Committee, comprising the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), licensed commercial banks, and discount houses in Nigeria.

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree (minimum Second Class Upper – 2:1) in Accounting, Banking & Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• Degree must be from a Federal University or other recognized tertiary institution.

• 0 – 2 years of post-graduation work experience.

• NYSC completion is mandatory.

• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
