As a Transport/Fleet Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of vehicle fleet operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness in daily transport activities.

Key Duties Include:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the company’s vehicle fleet

• Coordinating vehicle assignment, usage, and availability for official duties

• Overseeing the maintenance and repairs of company vehicles

• Maintaining detailed logistics records (fuel usage, repair logs, service history, etc.)

• Ensuring all transport operations comply with regulatory standards

• Implementing operational standards and best practices

• Organizing and conducting training and induction for new drivers

• Reducing operational costs through process improvements

• Using ERP systems or logistics software to monitor and manage fleet operations

• Ensuring timely renewals of vehicle papers and compliance with insurance and road safety regulations

✅ Job Requirements

Candidates must meet the following qualifications to be considered:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in transport or fleet management

• A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields

• Proficiency in logistics or fleet management software (e.g., ERP systems)

• Proven track record in optimizing logistics operations and minimizing costs

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data reporting and documentation

• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards in transportation

• Proximity to Isolo, Lagos is highly preferred
